++ Open student assistant position ++

In the Junior Research Group Landscape Resilience of the Campus Center for Biodiversity and Sustainable Land Use (CBL), we are looking for a student assistant (30 hours per month) with or without a Bachelor's degree for the months of June and July 2025 for field work as part of the BMBF joint project "ResEt-Fi", with field trips lasting several days, mainly in June (depending on weather conditions).

Interested canidates should be familiar with rough terrain and be able to plan for fieldwork lasting several days with overnight stays in accommodations. The field work mainly comprises the in-situ survey of biophysical parameters (measurements of leaf area index and light availability) on differently managed damaged spruce areas. Training is guaranteed, experience with the measurements is not required.
