SCIENTIFIC INTERESTS AND GOALS

I am interested in Neuroscience and Immunology and hope to study the intersection of these fields. In particular, I am excited to investigate how neurodegenerative diseases and autoimmune neurological disorders are influenced by immune system responses. My curiosity extends to understanding how human microbiome can impact behavior, mood, and the progression of neurodegenerative conditions. Additionally, I want to explore how biological processes affect consciousness and self-awareness, the extent to which biology influences our decisions and actions, and the interaction between body and mind.
