Dr. Stefan Kroll is Head of the Department of Science Communication and a member of the Executive Board at PRIF – Leibniz Institute for Peace and Conflict Research in Frankfurt.
Stefan studied social sciences in Göttingen from 2003 to 2007. In 2011, he received his doctorate in Göttingen with a thesis on the history of international law in the 19th century. The thesis was awarded the Friedrich-Christoph-Dahlmann Prize. This was followed by various postdoctoral positions in Toronto, Göttingen, and Frankfurt before Stefan joined PRIF in 2018.
