Our research deals with practical and socially relevant issues in the field of organization and corporate development. The focus is on the targeted design and further development of complex cooperative relationships in different organizational contexts. In our interdisciplinary research projects, we investigate how organizational routines, coordination processes, and management mechanisms can be designed to promote effective and sustainable collaboration. In our research projects, we examine the linguistic and temporal framing strategies that young companies use to specifically build, manage, and develop their cooperation networks as a central basis for innovation.
