Our work focuses on the question of how companies can strategically and continuously develop their business models, organizational structures, and processes in order to respond to changes in the economy, society, and technology and shape sustainable future viability. Cooperation, networking, and interdisciplinary collaboration play a central role in this. Through our teaching, we empower students to actively and responsibly help shape these tasks in companies. Through our research, we make well-founded contributions to scientific discussion and at the same time provide impetus for entrepreneurial practice Please do not hesitate to contact us.
