- at least third semester at the time of the planned ERASMUS stay
- application in due time including all documents (the application deadline at the Faculty of Physics for the winter semester and summer semester is 31.01.)

- Study achievements (30%)
- professional motivation (40%)
- personal motivation (20%)
- financing concept of the stay abroad (10%)
Further procedure after internal commitment
- timely email confirmation of *binding acceptance*
- We nominate you at our foreign partner and name you your contact person at the host university, whom you can contact with all detailed questions regarding the organization of your studies in the host country.
- You fill out the Erasmus online application of the University of Göttingen (link see right column).
- You apply according to invitation letter at the host university. Please note the links provided and corresponding deadlines.
- Completion of the Learning Agreement (30 credits/semester, at least 50% must be physically related) / in the Transcript of Records at least 10 credits/semester must be proven later).
- possibly application for leave of absence
- Online language tests (obligatory for the teaching languages Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish before and after completion of the stay abroad), you will be informed about this separately by Göttingen International (approx. in July).
