Office Hours


Office hours for outgoing and incoming students



You can join our regular office hours without making an appointment in advance.




Please note: The office hours of the Business Administration Erasmus+ team will be cancelled on Thursday, 13 November 2025 due to the "Day of Teaching". Alternatively, please use the office hours of the Study Abroad Advisory Team on Tuesday or those of the Economics Erasmus+ team on Friday.






  • Advisory for international incoming students, study abroad advisory, mobilities in the worldwide faculty programme, recognition of courses



    Study Abroad Advisory Service



    • Tuesdays, 12:30-15:00: Face-to-face-advisory on campus (OEC 1.135) or via phone (+49 551 39-28801).

  • Erasmus+ Programme (for outgoing students)



    The Erasmus+ office hours take place exclusively during the lecture period in the Service Centre for Students (OEC 1.135) and by telephone (+49 551 39-28803). In the winter semester 2025/26, we start on Monday, 27 October:



    • Business Studies Erasmus+ Programme: Thursdays, 15:00-16:00

    • Economics Erasmus+ Programme: Fridays, 10:00-11:00
